location: the moon of another planet
mood: apathetic 2a world i'm not on apathetic 2a world i'm not on
music: talking

the water didn't like the sun cause it kept pulling it away from the land. the land had a great friendship with the sun as it's the sun that warms the land and it's friends. one day the water said fuck it and hid from the sun. it went into caves and other dark places. this caused the inlands to go dry and many tress and grasses were easyly blown away by the dry north wind. it took weeks even months before the water relized that it missed, maybe even needed it's old friend the sun. and when it did, it came out and asked to play, but by this time the sun was playing with the tree tops. finaly the sun and the water agreed on a day. so in the spring, a time of new begainings, they hung out together. a few days later it rained, and boy did it poor! the land was nearly flooded. now the tree and dirt were washed away.
i'm standing on the moon looking into the world. i'm watching and remembering the last flood and all those little floods that latter strengthens the earth. i stand here wondering how the land will come out of this, if it'll come out, if we'll ever be ok again.

Is it always hard to hear things from those you love about those you love?

who am I?

Oct. 1st, 2005 | 01:26 pm

I am not alone in that others have “been there done that”, and yet because I do not se these others standing on the clouds next to me I feel as if I’ll fall though mine. And yet I AM the Sky, I AM the clouds, I can not fall. Yet knowing this does not comfort me. I feel alone.
I feel crowded! I feel like too many people want to be near me. It’s like the sun is being covered by the clouds that are millions of miles away. I’m covered and yet not even close to anyone.
I am left behind, and I do want to be…to a point.

back from the dead ........................of night

mood: the fresh spring flowers the fresh spring flowers

the Sky had been crying rain drops on my head, (as it was falling) but now i have lifted it back up. though a few of the post have been watered down and many have drifted down the river of tears, to be lost (and hopefully forgotten). this is the 3rd time i've killed the Sky. and each time it comes back fresh with new spring flowers and a bright rainbow of hope to show me a way i want to go. maybe this time i can stay with those colored raindrops.

hate is a joke LOL 99?

Jul. 8th, 2005 | 06:26 pm
mood: why... why...
music: 99 Luftballons, of course, lol

I want to set free 99 red balloons and 1 Black one. I don’t know where but I want 99 people to do it, and I’ll set free the 1 black balloon.
I’m setting the black 1 free last because it will signify all the people who died because of wars and all those other stupid army things. Last because humans hold on to hate longest and so by holding the balloon just a few seconds longer it gives the people of the world a little longer to let go of their hate and fear. It gives us all time to see that it’s ok to let go of our anger and frustration.

99 Red balloons because of the song, which was written because the stupid people of the world wanted to have a nice little nuclear war, and kill us all about 100 times. So some silly Germans played around with a tune and latter this tune became the song “99 Luftballons” meaning 99 lift-balloons which has nothing to do with red, but whatever.
This was one of the songs in the '80s to make a point about the brinkmanship and paranoia/hysteria surrounding the issue of war. The song talks about Nena and the listener buying 99 Balloons in a shop and letting them go, for fun. These balloons show up on the radar as unidentified objects and both sides scramble planes and go to full alert to counteract a perceived Nuclear Attack, when in fact it is the most childlike of things, a bunch of balloons.
This is a nuclear protest song. Before the fall of the Berlin Wall, there was a lot of tension between East and West Germany. A wall set up to keep people out and to keep them in. A wall built of hate, and anger, and pain, and fear. Legend has it that either West or East Berliners saw balloons going over the wall and they thought it was a nuclear attack. Meanwhile, the Americans and and Soviets were engaged in the Cold War, and the US was on high alert for attacks from their communist foes. The legend continues that one day, the Americans saw a FLOCK OF GEESE and thought the Soviets were attacking. They got all prepared and tensions kept rising. This song is saying that someone will end up destroying the world all because of balloons.... or geese. (thanks, Sunjay - Toronto, Canada)

(this is why I tell you I hate people, this is why I hate walls and door and fences and so much more. But then someone out there makes a joke of war, they make a joke of Hate! And then I love the world again. And I’m told I have a disorder called Bi-Polar. LOL, silly people of the world.)

here are 2 versions of the song 99 Balloons

99 Luftballons, Direct German Translation
If you have some time for me
Then I'll sing a song for you
About 99 balloons
On their way to the horizon
Perhaps you think of me a bit
Then I'll sing a song for you
About 99 balloons
And that something (like the war) comes from such a thing (the balloons)

99 balloons
On their way to the horizon
Seemed like UFOs from space
So a general sent
A flying squad out there
To raise the alarm if it was true
Yet there on the horizon were
Only 99 balloons

99 jet hunters
Each one was a great warrior
Thought that they were Captain Kirk
There were great fireworks
The neighbors didn't understand anything
And felt immediately felt "pissed off"/provoked
Yet there they shot on the horizon
At 99 balloons

99 war ministers
Matches and petrol cans
Thought that they were clever people
Already smelled greasy loot
Shouted: War, and wanted power
Man, who would have thought
That one day it would come to this
Because of 99 balloons

99 years of war
Don't leave a place for victors
There are no ministers any more
No jet engines either
Today I'm doing my rounds
Seeing the world lying in ruins
Found a balloon
Think of you and let it fly

English as Sung
You and I in a little toy shop
buy a bag of balloons with the money we've got
Set them free at the break of dawn
'Til one by one, they were gone
Back at base, bugs in the software
Flash the message, "Something's out there"
Floating in the summer sky
99 red balloons go by.

99 red balloons floating in the summer sky
Panic bells, it's red alert
There's something here from somewhere else
The war machine springs to life
Opens up one eager eye
Focusing it on the sky
Where 99 red balloons go by.

99 Decision Street, 99 ministers meet
To worry, worry, super-scurry
Call the troops out in a hurry
This is what we've waited for
This is it boys, this is war
The president is on the line
As 99 red balloons go by.

99 Knights of the air
ride super-high-tech jet fighters
Everyone's a Silverhero
Everyone's a Captain Kirk
With orders to identify
To clarify and classify
Scramble in the summer sky
As 99 red balloons go by.

99 dreams I have had
In every one a red balloon
It's all over and I'm standin' pretty
In this dust that was a city
If I could find a souvenier
Just to prove the world was here...
And here is a red balloon
I think of you and let it go.

Pancakes...are more than just food, they are the symbol of life, they are the sun! As the pancake is tossed to the awaiting plate it is as the golden brown of the pancake is the mid day sun as it crosses the sky. I can see the glare of the syrup covered pancake just as easily as I see it on the sun.
Even in the beginning, as you poured that freshly made batter on to the hot pan it bubbled as if it was the boiling sun in it’s own birth. Then, as if the night turned to day, you flipped it to show the world the sun’s bright golden color. From where I stand it looks to be a perfect circle, though I know there is more to it than that.

Ok I think that’s as far as I can take it. Pancakes are the Sun! That’s all there is to it, LOL.
